Fork of llvm with experimental commits and workarounds for RPCS3

John Criswell fd9221eff3 Fixed SPEC so that it would run correctly with the new autoconf-style object ... directory. Added Makefile.spec to the list of files to copy to the object directory. Moved the configuration of $SourceDir to Makefile.config and corrected the conditional that surrounds it.
