Matt Arsenault e9835c0f31 AMDGPU: Remove optnone from a test 
It's not clear why the test had this. I'm unable to break the original
case with the original patch reverted with or without optnone.

This avoids a failure in a future commit.

Scott Linder 7b19ab70e3 [CodeGen] Fix assert in SelectionDAG::computeKnownBits 
Fix SelectionDAG::computeKnownBits asserting when handling EXTRACT_SUBVECTOR
when zero extending the demanded elements mask if it is already as long as the
source vector.
