Thomas Lively 44cde01a89 [WebAssembly] Make returns variadic 
Summary:
This is necessary and sufficient to get simple cases of multiple
return working with multivalue enabled. More complex cases will
require block and loop signatures to be generalized to potentially be
type indices as well.

Roman Tereshin 106d54d206 [MIRParser][GlobalISel] Parsing vector pointer types (<M x pA>) 
MIParser wasn't able to parse LLTs like `<4 x p0>`, fixing that.

Heejin Ahn 869a79511a [MIRParser] Allow register class names in the form of integer/scalar 
Summary:
The current code cannot handle register class names like 'i32', which is
a valid register class name in WebAssembly. This patch removes special
handling for integer/scalar/pointer type parsing and treats them as
normal identifiers.
