a6a5be21df Revert "[MachineCopyPropagation] Extend pass to do COPY source forwarding"
This reverts commit r311038.

Several buildbots are breaking, and at least one appears to be due to
the forwarding of physical regs enabled by this change.  Reverting while
I investigate further.

31db6f3bd2 [MachineCopyPropagation] Extend pass to do COPY source forwarding
This change extends MachineCopyPropagation to do COPY source forwarding.

This change also extends the MachineCopyPropagation pass to be able to
be run during register allocation, after physical registers have been
assigned, but before the virtual registers have been re-written, which
allows it to remove virtual register COPY LiveIntervals that become dead
through the forwarding of all of their uses.

f9915c27c2 AMDGPU: Detect kernarg segment pointer
This is necessary to pass the kernarg segment pointer
to callee functions. Also don't unconditionally enable
for kernels.

38bd5524b0 AMDGPU: Select scratch mubuf offsets when pointer is a constant
In call sequence setups, there may not be a frame index base
and the pointer is a constant offset from the frame
pointer / scratch wave offset register.

d706d030af AMDGPU: Mark all unspecified CC functions in tests as amdgpu_kernel
Currently the default C calling convention functions are treated
the same as compute kernels. Make this explicit so the default
calling convention can be changed to a non-kernel.

Converted with perl -pi -e 's/define void/define amdgpu_kernel void/'
on the relevant test directories (and undoing in one place that actually
wanted a non-kernel).

2d7bc6b1e1 AMDGPU: Fix using incorrect private resource with no allocation
It's possible to have a use of the private resource descriptor or
scratch wave offset registers even though there are no allocated
stack objects. This would result in continuing to use the maximum
number reserved registers. This could go over the number of SGPRs
available on VI, or violate the SGPR limit requested by
the function attributes.

c31d80dbf5 AMDGPU: Assume spilling will occur at -O0
Because everything live is spilled at the end of a
block by fast regalloc, assume this will happen and
avoid the copies of the resource descriptor.
