ae3278a7b7 Added optional validation of svn sources to Dockerfiles. 
Summary: This commit also adds a script to compute sha256 hashes of llvm checkouts.

a6b4f0552f Changed Dockerfiles to install LLVM into /usr/local 
Summary:
Previously, the installation path was simply '/'.
Using '/usr/local' would ensure that LLVM installation does not
conflict with software installed via package managers.
