Rafael Espindola b72793375f Don't print (PLT) on arm. 
The R_ARM_PLT32 relocation is deprecated and is not produced by MC.

This means that the code being deleted is dead from the .o point of
view and was making the .s more confusing.

Jim Grosbach 19dc6e6736 ARM: Enable machine verifier for a few more tests. 
Now that fast-isel is in better shape, we can enable the machine
verifier for these tests, too.

Logan Chien 7ddda4704c Fix ARM FastISel PIC function call. 
The function call to external function should come with PLT relocation
type if the PIC relocation model is used.
