7908480e4c An option to selectively enable parts of ARM EHABI support. 
This change adds an new value to the --arm-enable-ehabi option that
disables emitting unwinding descriptors. This mode gives a working
backtrace() without the (currently broken) exception support.

e76a33b956 Add MCObjectFileInfo and sink the MCSections initialization code from 
TargetLoweringObjectFileImpl down to MCObjectFileInfo.

TargetAsmInfo is done to one last method. It's *almost* gone!

fc2bb8c444 Replace the -unwind-tables option with a per function flag. This is more 
LTO friendly as we can now correctly merge files compiled with or without
-fasynchronous-unwind-tables.
