Matt Arsenault	d706d030af	AMDGPU: Mark all unspecified CC functions in tests as amdgpu_kernel ... Currently the default C calling convention functions are treated the same as compute kernels. Make this explicit so the default calling convention can be changed to a non-kernel. Matt Arsenault	142cd116fa	AMDGPU: Stop assuming vreg for build_vector ... This was causing a variety of test failures when v2i64 is added as a legal type. SIFixSGPRCopies should correctly handle the case of vector inputs to a scalar reg_sequence, so this isn't necessary anymore.
