343b42e428 Move printing of target-indepedent DEBUG_VALUE comments 
into AsmPrinter.  Target-dependent form is still generated
by FastISel and still handled in X86 code.

9b97a73ded Rip out the 'is temporary' nonsense from the MCContext interface to 
create symbols.  It is extremely error prone and a source of a lot
of the remaining integrated assembler bugs on x86-64.

This fixes rdar://7807601.

4e815f8a8c MC: Allow modifiers in MCSymbolRefExpr, and eliminate X86MCTargetExpr. 
- Although it would be nice to allow this decoupling, the assembler needs to be able to reason about MCSymbolRefExprs in too many places to make this viable. We can use a target specific encoding of the variant if this becomes an issue.
 - This patch also extends llvm-mc to support parsing of the modifiers, as opposed to lumping them in with the symbol.

166604e6ce shrink 4-byte branches to 1-byte branches when lowering from 
MachineInstr -> MCInst.  This is what the assembler backend wants,
it relaxes from smaller to larger things.  This fixes rdar://7750815

b0f129a5d9 simplify code to use OutContext.GetOrCreateTemporarySymbol with 
no arguments instead of having to come up with a unique name.
This also makes the code less fragile.

cebae36f57 Add a bit along with the MCSymbols stored in the MachineModuleInfo maps that 
indicates that an MCSymbol is external or not. (It's true if it's external.)
This will be used to specify the correct information to add to non-lazy
pointers. That will be explained further when this bit is used.

518bb53485 move target-independent opcodes out of TargetInstrInfo 
into TargetOpcodes.h.  #include the new TargetOpcodes.h
into MachineInstr.  Add new inline accessors (like isPHI())
to MachineInstr, and start using them throughout the 
codebase.

d1ff72b8a7 rejigger the world so that EmitInstruction prints the \n at 
the end of the instruction instead of expecting the caller to
do it.  This currently causes the asm-verbose instruction 
comments to be on the next line.

0d883e3f84 sink handling of target-independent machine instrs (other 
than DEBUG_VALUE :(  ) into the target indep AsmPrinter.cpp
file.   This allows elimination of the 
NO_ASM_WRITER_BOILERPLATE hack among other things.

14c38ec2af Remove the argument from EmitJumpTableInfo, because it doesn't need it. 
Move the X86 implementation of function body emission up to 
AsmPrinter::EmitFunctionBody, which works by calling the virtual
EmitInstruction method.

589c6f620e Move getJTISymbol from MachineJumpTableInfo to MachineFunction, 
which is more convenient, and change getPICJumpTableRelocBaseExpr
to take a MachineFunction to match.

Next, move the X86 code that create a PICBase symbol to
X86TargetLowering::getPICBaseSymbol from 
X86MCInstLower::GetPICBaseSymbol, which was an asmprinter specific 
library.  This eliminates a 'gross hack', and allows us to
implement X86ISelLowering::getPICJumpTableRelocBaseExpr which now
calls it.

This in turn allows us to eliminate the 
X86AsmPrinter::printPICJumpTableSetLabel method, which was the
only overload of printPICJumpTableSetLabel.
