dc4dccabf3 Remove getDataLayout() from TargetSelectionDAGInfo (had no users) 
Summary:
Remove empty subclass in the process.

This change is part of a series of commits dedicated to have a single
DataLayout during compilation by using always the one owned by the
module.

460f2ac45f Have HexagonSelectionDAGInfo take a DataLayout rather than a 
target machine since that's all it needs.

5448320a20 Have TargetSelectionDAGInfo take a DataLayout initializer rather than 
a TargetMachine since the only thing it wants is DataLayout.

ac6d9bec67 Track IR ordering of SelectionDAG nodes 2/4. 
Change SelectionDAG::getXXXNode() interfaces as well as call sites of
these functions to pass in SDLoc instead of DebugLoc.
