Eric Christopher 598198edbc Revert "Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass."" 
The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

Eric Christopher 02cc44c1b9 Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass." 
As it's causing some bot failures (and per request from kbarton).

Stepan Dyatkovskiy 77b0b852fa Added functions cross-reference test. 
Originally this similar was initiated by Björn Steinbrink here:
http://reviews.llvm.org/D3437

Bug itself has been fixed by principal changes in MergeFunctions. Though
special checks for functions merging are still actual. And the test has
been accepted with slight modifications.
