Evgeniy Stepanov 23c98ecd0f Disable TLS for stack protector on Android API<17. 
The TLS slot did not exist back then.

Marcin Koscielnicki d11ea2f4ad [X86] Extend some Linux special cases to cover kFreeBSD. 
Both Linux and kFreeBSD use glibc, so follow similiar code paths.
Add isTargetGlibc to check for this, and use it instead of isTargetLinux
in a few places.

Fixes PR22248 for kFreeBSD.

Evgeniy Stepanov 9c4431f3cb Faster stack-protector for Android/AArch64. 
Bionic has a defined thread-local location for the stack protector
cookie. Emit a direct load instead of going through __stack_chk_guard.
