0eeb3d4004 Search for llvm-symbolizer binary in the same directory as argv[0], before 
looking for it along $PATH. This allows installs of LLVM tools outside of
$PATH to find the symbolizer and produce pretty backtraces if they crash.

1184005c1e Rename one of our two llvm::GCOVOptions classes to llvm::GCOV::Options. We used 
to get away with this because llvm/Support/GCOV.h was an implementation detail
of the llvm-gcov tool, but it's now being used by FDO.

c6945d9e32 llvm-cov: Don't use llvm::outs() in library code 
Nothing in lib/ should be using llvm::outs() directly. Thread it in
from the caller instead.

35822f7171 llvm-cov: move the gcov code into a separate file. 
The gcov compatible code is moved to its own file and
llvm-cov is updated to be a wrapper that always calls
the gcov main function.
