Discussed here: http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2018-January/120320.html In preparation for adding support for named vregs we are changing the sigil for physical registers in MIR to '$' from '%'. Matt Arsenault	9f8c0170e6	AMDGPU: Move hazard avoidance out of waitcnt pass. ... This is mostly moving VMEM clause breaking into the hazard recognizer. Also move another hazard currently handled in the waitcnt pass.
