1076969bfe Followup on Proposal to move MIR physical register namespace to '$' sigil.

In preparation for adding support for named vregs we are changing the sigil for
physical registers in MIR to '$' from '%'. This will prevent name clashes of
named physical register with named vregs.

fd11bc0813 [CodeGen] Use MachineOperand::print in the MIRPrinter for MO_Register. 
Work towards the unification of MIR and debug output by refactoring the
interfaces.

For MachineOperand::print, keep a simple version that can be easily called
from `dump()`, and a more complex one which will be called from both the
MIRPrinter and MachineInstr::print.

Add extra checks inside MachineOperand for detached operands (operands
with getParent() == nullptr).

7384652668 [CodeGen] Print "%vreg0" as "%0" in both MIR and debug output 
As part of the unification of the debug format and the MIR format, avoid
printing "vreg" for virtual registers (which is one of the current MIR
possibilities).

Basically:

* find . \( -name "*.mir" -o -name "*.cpp" -o -name "*.h" -o -name "*.ll" \) -type f -print0 | xargs -0 sed -i '' -E "s/%vreg([0-9]+)/%\1/g"
* grep -nr '%vreg' . and fix if needed

a4ec08b6fd [CodeGen] Print register names in lowercase in both MIR and debug output 
As part of the unification of the debug format and the MIR format,
always print registers as lowercase.

* Only debug printing is affected. It now follows MIR.

38caf19333 Adding -verify-machineinstrs option to PowerPC tests 
Currently we have a number of tests that fail with -verify-machineinstrs.
To detect this cases earlier we add the option to the testcases with the
exception of tests that will currently fail with this option. PR 27456 keeps
track of this failures.

No code review, as discussed with Hal Finkel.

7c9c6ed761 [opaque pointer type] Add textual IR support for explicit type parameter to load instruction 
Essentially the same as the GEP change in r230786.

A similar migration script can be used to update test cases, though a few more
test case improvements/changes were required this time around: (r229269-r229278)

8f4ee4b2a2 This patch fixes PR13626 by providing i128 support in the return 
calling convention.  128-bit integers are now properly returned
in GPR3 and GPR4 on PowerPC.
