553e12e54c [dwarfdump][NFC] Consistent errors and warnings with --verify 
This patch introduces 3 helper functions: error(), warn() and note() to
make printing  during verification more consistent. When supported, the
respective prefixes are printed in color using the same color scheme as
clang.

65d7d51529 dwarfdump: Added macro support to llvm-dwarfdump tool. 
Added "macro" option to "-debug-dump" flag, which trigger parsing and dumping of the ".debug_macinfo" section.

The patch is generated using this command:

tools/clang/tools/extra/clang-tidy/tool/run-clang-tidy.py -fix \
  -checks=-*,llvm-namespace-comment -header-filter='llvm/.*|clang/.*' \
  llvm/lib/

50418a0ac4 Move DebugInfo to DebugInfo/DWARF. 
In preparation for adding PDB support to LLVM, this moves the
DWARF parsing code to its own subdirectory under DebugInfo, and
renames LLVMDebugInfo to LLVMDebugInfoDWARF.

This is purely a mechanical / build system change.
