Wouter van Oortmerssen 34ec218553 [WebAssembly] made assembler parse block_type

Summary:
This was previously ignored and an incorrect value generated.

Also fixed Disassembler's handling of block_type.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
