Simon Dardis 507a36b234 [orc][cmake] Check if 8 byte atomics require libatomic for unittest

rL319838 introduced SymbolStringPool which uses 8 byte atomics for
reference counters. On systems which do not support such atomics
natively such as MIPS32, explicitly add libatomic as one of the
libraries for SymbolStringPool's unittest.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
