Vlad Tsyrklevich 5bbee042cc Revert "Change the X86 datalayout to add three address spaces for 32 bit signed,"

This reverts commit r370083 because it caused check-lld failures on
sanitizer-x86_64-linux-fast.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
