Simon Pilgrim 6e1c5e0143 [X86][SSE] Combine EXTRACT_VECTOR_ELT with combineExtractWithShuffle before XFormVExtractWithShuffleIntoLoad ... combineExtractWithShuffle can handle more complex shuffles/bitcasts than we can with the equivalent code in XFormVExtractWithShuffleIntoLoad.
