Simon Pilgrim 9215f302aa [X86][SSE] Don't vectorize splat buildvector of binops (PR30780)

Don't combine buildvector(binop(),binop(),binop(),binop()) -> binop(buildvector(), buildvector()) if its a splat - keep the binop scalar and just splat the result to avoid large vector constants.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
