Sean Silva d8c90ea6b8 [PM] Port LoopUnroll. ...

We just set PreserveLCSSA to always true since we don't have an
analogous method `mustPreserveAnalysisID(LCSSA)`.

Also port LoopInfo verifier pass to test LoopUnrollPass.
