Nick Lewycky aa21e417f2 Silence tsan false-positives (tsan can't track things which are only safe due to

memory fences) in statistics registration, which works the same way that
ManagedStatic registration does.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
