Reid Kleckner c7b61ab238 Revert r351938 "[ARM] Alter the register allocation order for minsize on Thumb2"

This change caused fatal backend errors when compiling a file in libvpx
for Android.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
