Sanjay Patel df71640548 [InstCombine] add tests for xor-or-xor fold; NFC

There are 2 bugs shown here that were untested before:
1. We fail to perform the fold in 1/2 the possible commuted variants.
2. When the fold is done, it disregards extra uses.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
