Florian Hahn e002ed060f Recommit r346483: [CallSiteSplitting] Only record conditions up to the IDom(call site).

The underlying problem causing the expensive-check failure was fixed in
rL346769.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
