Kevin P. Neal e6e40ba9de Partial revert of revert of r361827: Add constrained intrinsic tests for powerpc64le.

The powerpc64-"nonle" tests are removed. They fail because of a bug that
Drew is currently working on that affects multiple targets.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
