izcarti cb450d7e8f PPU: Hardware exact VMX estimates 
vrefp, vrsqrtefp, vexptefp and vlogefp return the Cell's estimates instead
of exact results, matched bit for bit against a real PS3 with VSCR[NJ] set
and clear.
