Zion Nimchuk 47da39a2ff Change AppImage packaging to actively maintained system 
The previous system is basically unmaintained, this new AppImage
packager has proper support for Qt6, and active support from the
AppImage team.
In addition, I'm removing a bunch of our old lib hacks and the old ugly
C++ library check system.

Zion c3709fa744 Manually upload Windows Github Release using curl. Actually fixes #7938 (#8715) 
For some reason Azure would evaluate the GitHub release instantly and
complain about missing/invalid GitHub Release deployment and fail to
even start the build, this fixes the issue by just manually uploading it
via the GitHub API and curl.

On the clang build we now link with lld, and on GCC we now link with Gold

Zion Nimchuk 2678ac6382 Change default audio backend on non-windows 
FAudio is preferred, but if we didn't build with FAudio, we default to OpenAL
Also changed it to explicitly use xaudio backend on windows, rather than the static cast we had before.

Zion Nimchuk aa9055f4c3 Switch the AppImage building over to gcc from clang 
Turns out the current version of clang doesn't support the [[likely]] and [[unlikely]] attributes, so to ensure good performance, we'll be switching to gcc, at least for now.
