Sean Callanan 41dfd2b61b Fixed lit.cfg to no longer recognize the old

edis name as needing expansion.  This tool was
been replaced by llvm-mc long ago.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
