fix(harness): harden V4 coordination and mobile overflow
Preserve durable collaboration receipts and delivery state, observe background terminal failures, expose complete validated V4 phases and Human Gate actions, and refine message controls plus animated return-to-bottom behavior on narrow layouts.\n\nChecks: frontend 300/300; desktop 1288/1288; deterministic eval 6 cases/18 results; web and desktop renderer builds; git diff --check.
