release: prepare 1.0.8 with verified native CLI fixes and explicit limits
Align app, README and website downloads on 1.0.8. Document the separate Magpie finish-reason defect and native configuration failures instead of treating CLI detection as successful execution. Keep Apache-2.0 commercial-use terms consistent and retain the ad-hoc signing/notarization disclosure. Validation: desktop 1655 tests, frontend 370 tests, website 12 tests and packaging 8 tests; web/desktop builds; DMG/ZIP integrity and packaged signatures/licenses. Electron five-Agent unlimited acceptance completed 19 native calls without failed attempts or retries. Auto mode survives sending, completion and group navigation. Native acceptance used an isolated Magpie hotfix; existing user gateways were not replaced or restarted.
