Refine workspace home, provider profiles, and knowledge settings

Separate the Meldwork workspace home from Settings, tighten responsive sidebar and Provider layouts, preserve Agent-only conversation outlines, and refresh transparent knowledge and brand assets.

Add encrypted per-Agent Official, OpenRouter, and Custom Provider profiles with migration, narrow activation IPC, native CLI readiness preservation, and OpenClaw native configuration fallback. Improve real local knowledge-source status and settings guidance.

Verified with frontend 89/89 tests, desktop 268/268 tests, web and desktop builds, desktop arm64 pack, runtime Provider checks at 810x988, and git diff --check.
