  I consolidated the core instructions and conditional reference loading. The core now uses 29,466 UTF-8 bytes, down from 34,569, while preserving shared activation, consent, cost, evidence, recovery and completion boundaries. Conditional summaries open their applicable references, with explicit handling of overlapping concerns, corrections and exclusions.

  I recorded 16 finite manual routes and actual byte reads of author-selected reference sets. These measurements do not establish token savings, live-model comprehension or host activation. Installer, updater, integration, executable examples and test behavior are unchanged.

  Validation includes independent instruction review, eight disposable previous-release upgrade combinations, genuine skill validation, installed links and the unchanged hosted source/package OS/Node matrix plus CodeQL. Existing Linux skips and restricted-local failures remain separately disclosed in the task evidence; hosted success does not retroactively repair those local observations. No additional dependency, provider or paid capacity was added.
