* Fix: Set umask 0022 during installation for proper file permissions

On restricted environments, the install.sh executes successfully but sets up files with restrictive permissions, causing the DNS service to fail with "Permission denied" errors. This fix temporarily sets the umask to 0022 during installation and restores the original umask on exit. Tested and working.

* Remove unnecessary umask reversion
