chore(mailmap): fold two author aliases into the canonical address

Eighteen commits were authored under addresses that split them off from
`[email protected]` in `git shortlog`, `git blame` and every other
mailmap-aware view:

  - 12 `chore(skills):` commits from 2026-06-13 authored as
`[email protected]` (the committer was already correct)
  - 6 commits authored as the GitHub web-UI noreply address

Mapping them here fixes attribution without touching history. Rewriting
the author field instead would replay the 4,475 commits that sit between
the oldest of them and `main`, and force a push across the many branches
and remotes that already carry them.

The remaining 4 commits on `[email protected]` are left as a
distinct identity.
