gitignore: keep local reverse-engineering scratch out of the repo

Browse Source 
ctf/ holds analysis notes and generator/verifier scripts from target work done in
this working directory. It is not part of the image build, it must never be
published, and it was only ever meant to sit untracked next to targets/.
