Reproduce

  • Install with brew
  • Create new folder in ~/Projects/test
  • Run opencode
  • Enter a prompt in Plan Mode
  • Observe the following scrambled mess

This is unusable, I tried this both in bash and sh.
I'm running Kubuntu 25.04 plucky puffin

I think this is specific to Konsole and maybe a handful other other terminal emulators

I mean for me almost all of mine work great, I primarily use ghostty but the zed integrated terminal is fine too

The tui is getting rewritten in opentui and It may behave better across more emulators than before
