Option + Enter (worked earlier) - not working in 0.15.2
Ctrl + Enter - not working
Shift + Enter - not working

P.s.: just opened Opencode for one task - > three bugs found, seems like the product is not tested, many problems exist and new appears. Its a pain for real usage

  • #1505: The shift+enter keybinding is not working (same symptoms - shift+enter, option/alt+enter, ctrl+enter all not working for newlines)
  • #20: Previously closed issue about mapping shift+enter and alt+enter to new line functionality

Both issues describe the same problem with keyboard shortcuts for creating new lines in the input field not functioning properly. Issue #1505 is currently open and actively being worked on.

what terminal are you using where shift enter doesn't work?

claude code hijacks some of your keybindings and can break the behavior for other tools if you are ghostty there may be something here:
