I would like a refund for my remaining balance of approximately $15.62.

Last 4 digit card used: 5390

Receipt-2920-9273.pdf

You are not taking action from last week or so. You tell everytime communication will be done over email and don't respond to it.

I want my $15.62 refunded as quick as possible.

we have told you several times we will follow up over email - you will get your refund it takes time to process support requests in the order we receive them

if you spam here one more time you will not be getting the refund
