Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I really enjoy using OpenCode, but currently, the interface is only available in English. As a native Traditional Chinese user, I believe supporting multiple languages would make this tool more accessible to a wider community in Taiwan and other Chinese-speaking regions.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to request i18n support for the application.
Specifically, I am looking for Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) support.

If the project already has an i18n framework (or plans to implement one), I am willing to contribute to the translation effort for zh-TW.

Additional context

  • OS: Manjaro Linux (KDE Plasma)
  • Version: v1.0.174

(Note: I am not a native English speaker and used AI assistance to format this request to ensure clarity. The feature request and willingness to contribute are genuine.)

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #3043: Is there any plans to add translations to the README and documents for other language speakers?
  • #2357: Proposal: Add Chinese (Simplified) Translation for README
  • #3260: Language environment UI display issues (related to non-English language support and rendering)
  • #2594: How to make opencode always reply in another language (for example: Chinese), including the /init command

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.

Hi @rekram1-node, thank you for the suggestion! Following that, I've already submitted a PR for the Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) README translation (#5861), which has been merged. I am ready to contribute to the full i18n support once the framework is ready. Looking forward to further collaboration!
