Since this was my first time using the service, I subscribed to Max's service. I asked them a small question, and after half an hour using GLM 4.7, it still wasn't resolved. My refund request was refused. It's an outrageous and unfair contract term; it's absolutely terrible.

I don't correlate the hype surrounding the zAI models with my actual use of them (on the free version, but I don't see the point in buying the paid one yet). GLM-4.7 herself says her knowledge cutoff is data up to the end of 2023 or early 2024.

The free version was actually pretty good for tool calling and orchestration. Now that I'm using the z.ai max sub, it feels slow and dumb. That has to be a bug.

The same thing happens to me. It's extremely frustrating. I've tried to contact the company, but I haven't had any luck.

Even the free models work better than a MAX subscription. It's ridiculous.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I feel like it worked faster when I didn't have the plan.
