Description

When using opencode with Vertex AI, I consistently get the following error:

AI_LoadSettingError: Google Vertex location setting is missing.
Pass it using the 'location' parameter or the GOOGLE_VERTEX_LOCATION environment variable

However, I have explicitly set the environment variables, and verified they are present in the same shell session where opencode is executed.
