Literally zero reason to use skill. It needs to be plural (grammatically correct) & the whole industry uses skills with an 's' anyways.

You can easily spot the odd man out.

I had to double-check when reading skill & pointing it out whilst using OpenCode.

Without all the agentic coding platforms agreeing on a standard I really don't see the point in nit picking--.opencode/skill/ is identical to .opencode/skills/ in functionality and still only works for OpenCode. A shared path would be great; something like ~/.agents/skills/{opencode,antigravity,amp,cursor} but I doubt you'll get these different platforms to agree to that.

If anything both /skill and /skills should both be functional paths and it frankly fixes the issue outright.

I literally mentioned why its the odd man out. 5 big platforms have skills, only 1 has skill. Plus muscle-memory will make people create skills anyways & grammatically its also correct since you have multiple skills in that folder, not single.

In fact, it does not read the contents of the skills folder.(only skill)
