I'm not sure about your first question, for second one, I think it's here: ~/.local/share/opencode/storage/.

thanks bro,before ur reply i have spent lots of time feeding docs to ai for answer and finally i replace and restore it successfully. it rather hard and difficult for a biginer. : _ )
