These issues appear to involve similar character corruption/spamming behavior in terminal output. Your issue with '9' characters appearing in the IDEA console might be related to the same underlying terminal output handling issue.

感觉像是占位符的问题，用codex的时候也会这样，但是选中一下就没有了，
