Describe the enhancement you want to request

Problem
Desktop UI requires scrolling through entire model list every time. Inefficient when switching between 2-3 specific models (different providers like ZAI Coding Plan or free models from OpenCode Zen). TUI may have this; Desktop lacks it.

Proposed Change
Add "star" or "pin" icon to models. Move pinned models to top of selection list.

Goal
Eliminate scrolling. Quick access to frequently used models regardless of provider.

It would be great to have the ability to cycle through favorite models using some kind of shortcut. I know there is a recent model cycling shortcut, but recent models and favorites aren't always the same set.
