我需要迁移一个项目，已经设置了codex的接口，测试能使用。但是运行中，确一直需要我授权/SKILL-764
我仍然被强制要求先调用 /SKILL-764。请明确确认：“允许调用 /SKILL-764”
我已经反复输入了很多次这个允许调用 /SKILL-764，但是一直都没有对项目进行迁移修复，还是反复需要我授权。好像进入了一个死循环一样

  • #12133: Permission requests from child sessions do not get forwarded via ACP and hangs forever
  • #11865: Tasks/Subagents with Codex / OpenAI are frequently getting stuck with no timeout/retry, which then hangs the session forever
