Description

On macOS Tahoe 26.2, opencode always launches into a black screen (no UI rendered) in both Terminal.app and iTerm2.
The process stays alive with no panic or output.

All terminal-related workarounds fail (TERM, size, reset).
opencode --log-level debug runs and exits normally, and --help / --version work, indicating the issue is isolated to TUI initialization / event loop.

There appears to be no functional headless mode in the current release.
