Alexander Verevkin f3899c5e33 Implement IA32_PAT MSR and CLFLUSH 
- IA32_PAT: writes of reserved memory types raise #GP, reset is 0x0007040600070406
- CLFLUSH is a no-op that performs the address translation and permission checks of a byte load
- CPUID.1:EDX advertises PAT and CLFSH
- Add a kvm-unit-test covering both

required for W10 boot

Felix Rieseberg 132da7b654 vmware: add legacy text-clipboard backdoor commands (6-9) 
Host stages bytes via the vmware-clipboard-host bus event; guest polls
GETSELLENGTH/GETNEXTPIECE. Guest pushes via SETSELLENGTH/SETNEXTPIECE
and the device emits vmware-clipboard-guest when the buffer fills.
Same protocol as open-vm-tools' pre-RPC copy/paste, so a tiny Win9x
agent can do IN EAX,DX from ring 3 with no driver.
